Policies
If you are sick, please reschedule your appointment.
No kids are allowed inside the salon suite.
As space is limited, no additional guests may be allowed inside the salon suite.
Cash or all major credit cards are accepted. No personal checks.
All clients will need to present an ID. If you don't have one, a birth certificate or passport is acceptable.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Once a service has been rendered, no refunds can be given.
Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to book your appointment and are applied towards the total cost of the service. These are non-refundable.

Deposits can be transferred one time if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
Reschedules/Cancels
If you cancel or reschedule your appointment more than 48 hours outside of your scheduled appointment, your deposit can be transferred one time before a new deposit is required.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 48 hours outside of your scheduled appointment, you will lose your deposit and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment same day, you will lose your deposit and there will be a 50% cancellation fee. The same is applied for no-shows.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive to your schedule appointment on time. Anyone who arrives 15 minutes past their time will need to reschedule their appointment and must submit a new deposit.
Touch Ups
Touch up appointments must be completed within 6-8 weeks following the initial appointment. All permanent makeup services include one (1) touch up after the the initial service. Touch ups scheduled after 12 weeks from the initial service will have additional charges applied. Permanent makeup is very much a two session procedure - the second session touch-up appointment is necessary to reach the desired results.
Corrections
While I do offer corrective work, this is done on a case by case basis. Consultations are required for those who have received work from another artist.
